Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy so you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your product.

In order to return your item, it must be in the same condition as when it was received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item so we can evaluate and correct the issue.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Some types of products cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g. food, flowers or plants), specialty items (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the product you have and make a separate purchase for the new product after the return is accepted.

14-day withdrawal period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason and without giving any justification within 14 days. Refunds
