Shipping Policy

Delivery area

The offered PRODUCTS can only be delivered via Turkey . It is not possible to place an order for any delivery address located outside this REGION. PRODUCTS will be shipped to the delivery addresses specified by the CUSTOMER during the ordering process.

Shipping time

Products shipped from domestically are delivered to you within 1-3 business days. Products shipped from our warehouse abroad are currently being renovated, and we will deliver them within 15-30 business days. Thank you for your understanding.

Although processing days are not added to these periods, we are not responsible for any problems that may arise from the cargo companies.

The stock status of the products is stated on our website before preparing the order and issuing the invoice. These periods exclude weekends and public holidays. Provided that the email address shown on the registration form is correct, an email will be automatically sent to the CUSTOMER when the PRODUCTS are shipped.

Delivery times and costs
During the ordering process, the SELLER will inform the CUSTOMER of the possible delivery times and formulas for the purchased PRODUCTS. Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery method. If we do not offer free shipping, the amount of these costs will be paid by the CUSTOMER in addition to the price of the PRODUCTS purchased. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
The package will be delivered to the CUSTOMER against signature and upon presentation of an identification document. In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left for the CUSTOMER to ensure that he/she picks up the package at his/her post office.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS
The CUSTOMER will be informed of the delivery date specified when selecting the carrier at the end of the online ordering procedure, before confirming the order. Deliveries will be made within a maximum of thirty (30) days. If this is not possible, the CUSTOMER must formally notify the SELLER to deliver within a reasonable timeframe, and may terminate the contract if the product is not delivered within this timeframe. The SELLER will, without undue delay after receipt of the termination letter, refund the total amount paid for the PRODUCTS, taxes, and delivery costs to the CUSTOMER, using the same payment method used by the CUSTOMER for purchase. The SELLER is responsible for the PRODUCT until it is delivered to the CUSTOMER. Please note that the CUSTOMER has a three (3) day period to notify the carrier of any damage or partial loss noted upon delivery.
